Where are orders shipped from?

AlltheMen Group has multiple warehouses in four Countries. Orders will be shipped from Japan, China, Germany or USA.

When will I received my item?

We ship within three business days of receiving your order (not including weekends or holidays). When you receive the item depends upon the shipping method you select during checkout.

What is Free Shipping?

When your order amount is equal to or greater than 79 US dollars, we will provide you with a free standard delivery service, and the delivery time is 7-15 working days. When your order amounts to over 149 US dollars, we will provide you with a free express delivery service, and the delivery time is 5-7 working days.

What should I do if my order hasn`t been delivered yet?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive the Order Confirmation email – Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. (Weekends and Holidays not included)You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by Shipping Confirmation email. You are clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’.Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order,contact us to help you further.

I`m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

• We may have sent your items in separate parcels, so please check your emails to see if any items will arrive separately.

• If your order has been sent in different parcels, then each delivery note will tell you the tracking number you can expect to receive.

• If an item is missing, please get in touch with our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

What happens if I refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender?

A package is returned to the sender if delivery cannot be completed or is refused. Once the package is received, we will refund MINUS a fee.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What happens if something I ordered is not available?

Allthemen website utilizes a real-time inventory system, but occasionally we may find specific products in undesirable conditions during inspection before shipping. In this scarce situation, we will remove the item from your order, ship the remaining charge, and contact you via email regarding the unshipped item. You will receive an email notification should this occur. We will wait for your instructions to resolve the out-of-stock item. This can include a substitute item or a refund. 

If an item is out of stock, can I special it?

If something you like but it says Out of Stock, please choose your size and enter your email in the restock notification system; we will send you a notification email once it is back in stock.


What size should I order?

Do your suits run true to size?

Yes. With our years of experience serving menswear in the US, EU and Japan. All our suits are accurate in size. We offer a money-back guarantee or hassle-free exchanges if, for some reason, the suit does not meet your requirement.

What size are the suit pants?

All of our suit pants are the industry-standard six-inch drop. This means that if you order a size 2XL jacket, it will come with size 40 pants. All of our pants have been finished bottoms.

Can I get different size pants?

No. All of the tuxedo/suit packages are imported together. We don't separate them.

Are bottoms of the pants unbemmed?

Yes, all of our pants have been finished bottoms.

Can the pants be taken in or out?

All pants can only be adjusted in length, and other positions cannot be changed. Please consult your tailor or our customer service department if any questions about a specific style.


Do you save my payment information?

No. All transactions are processed through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) gateway. Your payment information is carefully protected, and we will never store your payment card information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Can I order over the phone?

No, but you can email us at during business hours. One of our knowledgeable sales representatives can take your order by email.

Can you send me a catalog?

We do not issue print catalogs. Everything that we sell is on our site. No print catalogs mean we can pass even more savings on to our customers, and be friendly to the earth as well.
