ORDER PROCESSING
Expedited Shipping takes up to 1 business day to process & ship out the package.
Standard Shipping takes up to 2 business days to process & ship out the package.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday. Holiday orders will process on business days. No weekend delivery or Shipping. All weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday/business day.
RETURN & REFUSE THE PACKAGE
The refund process will take within five business days from the date your return package is delivered.
Your package might be returned to the sender if the box cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused. Under those circumstances, customers may contact us for re-shipping or a refund. Shipping is a service, and it is non-refundable.
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
To deliver your orders, customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc.
Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holidays shopping, wedding, prom, graduation, etc.

Your order will be charged a calculated rate for express Shipping, depending on our policy. Your order might arrive at a different time with multiple packages from our vendors. We will provide you with each tracking # for various shipments. When you check out, you can select precisely how much you are being charged for your order.
